I wanna start of by saying Smarthome Studio did a wonderful job with how they did things with time management, the quality of their equipment, and how they treated us. I have my home located in North Miami Beach and its a very new house of 6,000 SQ FT with a canal outside. We were looking for a company to help us with many things relating to making it smart and maxing out its attributes and Smart Home did just that. The constructor who made the house was the one who recommended us to this company and thats how we met the owner Juan Santos. Truthfully from the start at first impression you see how Juan is, down to earth, funny, friendly, and just really genuine guy, and what I really liked was that when he needed to get stuff done he got serious and got it done ASAP. The plan for everything he was gonna do was amazing, the money we were gonna be spending was really good for the quality and service Juan brings to the table, and everything was just done super professionally and to the tea. I had to opportunity to compare prices and they were always with the prices of the market and I saw there was no better prices then what Juan offers. Even with the excellent proposals that Juan has he went above and beyond to work with me if I was in a situation where I needed help or some adjusting and he really showed his genuine side and worked with me not only as a business associate but what felt like someone who truly cares about the client. He would ask me and my wife questions to see what we were into, our dynamic, and what truly stood out to us that would get us exactly what we wanted. My home here is a 2nd home so he always gave priority to things relating to security and saving energy as much as possible like the configuration of my curtains that have saved by so much money. What these curtains do is when they sense that theres intense heat from outside coming in which causes the thermostat to work harder and waste more energy, the curtains close and the houses temperature isn't as hot therefore not wasting so much money on energy. Juan also got us these locks that have truly worked wonderfully and Ive been working them all the way from Brazil where I live. From these locks I can open them all the way from here and when my family has ever dropped by I can simply just open the door for them and this has been super convenient instead of having to give a bunch of keys to different people. This whole project was truly such a great experience by not only Juan but his team as well and even being from a far. Truthfully I dont write a review if I have no complains and Smart Home Studio has definitely exceeded that requirement and I look forward to working with them for anything I need. Juan and I still talk sometimes because of how truly wonderful his character is and I wanted to thank him and his team for the work they've done. I’m more than pleased with how the house turned out and my wife is too which is really a relief because we have been wanting to maximize everything as soon as possible. We worked with Smart Home Studio on Project 493 and honestly couldn’t be happier with the final result!
This project involved Smart Wifi technology, lighting customization, audio, cameras, automation, security and much more! This was a pretty extensive project that made our home so much more comfortable to live in and the perfect system to myself to mange, simple and seamless.
What really stood out about Smart Home Studio was the level of support and the fine attention to detail throughout all the process. Everyone on the team was incredibly supportive, professional and responsive, making sure we achieved the best outcome!. Now our entire home feels fully connected and so easy to control, definitely the best choice!

With the help of smart home studio we embarked on a rather insane project encompassing a massive project spanning over $80k in services and at least another $100k in equipment. They built out a custom built to my spec Home Assistant project, encompassing over 400 devices, from av receivers to specialty hue bulbs, to thermostats, ubiquiti enterprise routing and switching, brilliant switches throughout, hot tubs, garage doors, security cameras, door locks, and remotes. My 6000sqft house is now fully connected, my wireless speed tests at every corner of my home at over 1500mbps, my PCs are running at 10gbit and speedtesting at 5000mbps (my ISP’s max). Everything top to bottom was installed with professionalism, quality, and speed. They were here when they said they would be working on my project tirelessly for 2.5 months, through unforeseen problems for a build of this size and magnitude.
They even passed my final test, the grandmother test… could I drop my mother into my smart home, put her on our Home Assistant app, and did she then ask me 500 questions, or simply know intuitively how to use it? Well, I maybe got 1 question this whole week. It all just works. Light switches do what you want, TVs work as you expect, and all the wires are hidden. Excellent service that saw my project all the way through for our new home. Even my custom negative pressure ventilations systems for my cigar smoke are controllable through the app. Music, controllable through the app. TVs controllable through the app or a sofabaton remote in every room. Everything, in one app, and I can make any automation I want. Great experience, pure excellence. While it cost a lot, it was a ton of labor. From ethernet wiring to electricity, they did it all, and have followed through with warranties on everything. Something doesn’t work? The Juans as my family aptly called them were there the next morning, and by the time we woke up, it was fixed. Pure excellence. I am a software developer and CEO of a large company, and they just killed it with service!
